Is there a minimum age requirement to reserve a room?
"We request that guests be a minimum of 21 years of age"
What is your cancellation policy?
"If you've booked on our website or via phone, we have a 72 hour prior to arrival cancellation policy. On group bookings (5 or more suites) a special cancellation may apply. Any third party reservations (ie. booking.com) contact the booking agent directly for cancellations or reservation modifications"
Is your hotel pet-friendly?
"We have a strict 'NO PETS' policy for the entire property. There will be a fee of $275 "NO ANIMALS ON PREMISE," if violated. We do abide by ADA compliance guidelines for 'Service Animals', however we do not allow any service animal to be left solo at all, crated or otherwise in the room."
How does parking work?
"Rooms designated 'carport parking' is the designated spot in the carport area. A parking permit placard will be issued at no extra charge/out of pocket for rooms designated 'PERMIT PARKING ONLY'. Parking permits must be returned or a unreturned parking permit fee will apply."
Is breakfast included in our stay?
"There is no restaurant in the hotel, however, within a short walking distance you'll have a variety of cafes and restaurants nearby."
When can we check in?
"Normal check in time is after 3:00pm. However, please feel free to give us a call ahead of time to see if an early check in option is possible."
Can I request a late check out?
"Check out time is by 11:00 am. A later check out is at the discretion of the hotel and maybe subject to additional fees."
Do you have a pool?
"There are no swimming facilities on site."
What kind of coffee makers are in the rooms?
"We use the 'drip-basket' style coffee maker in all the rooms. We also provide the coffee from a local roaster so your morning cup is always fresh!"
